As our Coffee Roastery Manager, you will play a key role in the Enterprises team of the National Museum and Galleries of Wales Enterprises Ltd business.
Leading on all things coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our coffee roastery operation, from taking full responsibility for the roasting of our Amgueddfa coffee, to overseeing stock and equipment orders and delivery of the finished product across our estate and further afield.
This role is part of the Food & Beverage team and is line managed by the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
