Role Purpose
To grow, develop and improve the quality of recreational club cricket across Sussex, providing high-quality support to club volunteers, with the ambition of creating and maintaining a thriving, inclusive and sustainable club network. The role will be responsible for helping develop and
support the affiliated club network, club facilities projects, club leagues/competitions and to assist the Women & Girls Manager in growing the Women & Girls game.

The post holder will be a proactive and self-motivated individual with great communication and organisational skills and have a real passion for sport and community impact.
