We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our IMT team.

Role Responsibility

You will be responsible for the smooth running of current client information systems, and line manage the clinical systems support team.

The main responsibilities would include:

  • Being responsible for ensuring that Turning Point’s clinical applications are safely governed, professionally onboarded, supported, maintained and optimised to deliver operational efficiency, resilience and service excellence to our key customers and users
  • Being responsible for supplier management of Client Services and acting as the main contact between Turning Point and its system suppliers
  • Performing effective cross-organisational relationship management and communication on system functionality and use
  • Liaising with the business to ensure that the clinical support function can respond to the business requirements and associated growth
  • Assisting in the central monitoring of risk and the effectiveness of internal controls
  • Managing incidents and adherence to SLAs in a support environment for clinical applications
  • Being accountable for leading and developing the Client Services team, fostering a supportive, open and honest environment that encourages feedback and challenge as well as accountability for delivering excellent service.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience of line management and working within an IT managerial role in the applications space. Ideally with a working knowledge of SDLC and exposure to risk, QA and Data Governance.

Ideally, you will also have a working knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector.

You will need to work cross functionally, seeking out knowledge on how other departments, including others in the IMT field, achieve excellence and demonstrates ability to model and learn from them.

We are looking for someone who continuously seeks out improvements that deliver long term business benefits and looks for opportunities to transform function or process areas to improve company performance.

Experience with Illy’s Care Path, Footwork’s Halo, IAPTUS or other Substance Misuse or Mental Health focused client record systems would be an advantage.
