Location: Hawkshead (nr Potters Bar, Herts)Salary: £29,329 to £31,930 Pro Rata Per Annum Including London Weighting Fixed Term / Part Time Closing Date: 23.59 hours BST on Sunday 03 May 2026Reference: CSS-0091-26We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Client Services Co-Ordinator for a unique and busy veterinary hospital.
You will have a background in a client facing role, with excellent administration skills (including Microsoft programmes and CRM systems experience), have a keen eye for detail and have reception and accounts experience, to include some of the following tasks greeting clients, handling and processing required client and patient information, identify discrepancies and be able to resolve them quickly and efficiently, processing card/cash payments, and liaising internally with colleagues inclusive of clinical and non-clinical teams and other departments.
You will have superb communication and organisational skills. You will be conscientious and diligent in your work with a professional outlook. You will be confident to discuss sensitive topics and show empathy towards clients.
Normal working hours will be 21 hours per week working Monday to Wednesday, covering between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm, weekend cover as and when required in consultation with your line manager.
