Job Summary:
The Salvation Army Harwich Corps are looking to recruit a Cleaner as part of our staff & volunteer team in a busy church.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cleaner you will be responsible for the cleaning of the building and furnishings of the Corps, to ensure that they are kept to a high standard. Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential. You will be required to work to an agreed cleaning schedule in accordance with our Health & Safety procedures and COSHH requirements.
Successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in professional cleaning and the proper use of cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of relevant health & safety requirements and procedures
- Ability to work effectively, to a high standard and with minimal supervision
- Able to follow a cleaning schedule to ensure all of the building is cleaned on a weekly basis
