At  BRF  Ministries,  we  believe  the  local  church  is  a  powerful  partner  in  transforming  lives  and
deepening Jesus centred discipleship, and this role is all about nurturing those connections and
helping churches engage more deeply in our mission.

We are looking for someone who can initiate strong relationships and build effective partnerships
with churches to support the implementation and scaling of BRF Ministries new Church Partnership
Scheme.

The  Church  Partnerships  Manager  will  ensure  the  smooth  design  and  launch  of  our  prototype
Church Partnership Scheme and help shape the future of multi-generational discipleship within the
local church context.

Whether it’s helping to design discipleship journeys, equipping church leaders and speakers with
discipleship  resources,  or  building  links  with  networks  and  dioceses,  you’ll  play  a  key  role  in
deepening relationships, and opening doors for people to get involved.

church community.

This role will work across several teams and collaboration is key. We recognise that people work in
different ways and from different places, so whilst primarily a remote working role, there will be
scope  for  regular  in  person  engagement.  Structured  time  on-site  at  our  office  in  Abingdon  is
available to those within commuting distance.

Please note: this role has an Occupational Requirement for a Christian faith, in line with BRF Ministries
vision and values.

Location            Remote with regular team days and UK travel.
Salary                 £34,000
Hours                 37.5 hours per week (part time considered for the right candidate)
