Children’s Residential Registered Manager - (Sunderland)
Salary: £50,676 per annum
Location: Auton, Sunderland
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible over a 7-day rota.

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has management experience working in a children’s home for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Reporting to the Directorate you will be responsible for:
- Directing, organising and overseeing the operations of the home, and ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance at all times
- Assessing, evaluating and informing best practice in relation to social engagement and empowerment for children and young people
- Providing leadership and guidance to the staff team, creating a person-centred culture
What we’re looking for:
- Management experience within a children’s residential setting
- Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding and experience of Ofsted regulation
- Inspirational leadership, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
