Children, Youth and Families Minister

We have an exciting opportunity to work within a team to encourage and facilitate faith development of 0-18-year-olds within Tidenham Parish.

With a particular focus on 0-11 year-old children and their families, the role will cover church, community and family engagement, working with local schools, leading Sunday worship once a month and two weekly local toddler groups.

This post is available for both ordained and non-ordained applicants, who have a passion for working with families and young people.

Hours – part-time, 22.5 per week

Flexible hours including Sunday mornings and potentially some evenings, 2 clear days off per week

35 days holiday per annum (pro rata)

Salary – £28,500 – £31,000 (pro rata) depending on qualifications/experience

5% personal pension contribution

Payment of related expenses

Start Date – 1 October 2026, 2-year renewable contract
