Children and Families Pioneer — Loddon Reach Benefice

Join a growing group of four Church of England parishes south of Reading as Children and Families Pioneer.

This 37 hour, three-year post (£32k–£34k) is for a creative, committed Christian who will develop welcoming, Spirit led ministry across Shinfield, Swallowfield, Spencers Wood and Beech Hill. You will design and run regular midweek and Sunday activities, build school and community partnerships, recruit and train volunteers, and ensure safeguarding and GDPR compliance.
