Job description:
The primary focus of this role is to lead and develop children and families’ ministries within the St Thomas Renewal Project. The Children and Families Minister will be the primary minister leading two New Worshipping Communities - the already established Toddler Praise, and the previously trialed, Family Cafe Church. Additionally, we expect that the minister will engage in creating discipleship opportunities, integrating children and families into the wider church community, and equipping volunteers for ministry.
