Childcare Manager
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Childcare Manager to lead our well-established early years setting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about high-quality childcare, confident in leading a team, and eager to bring fresh ideas into a supportive setting. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own, drive quality improvements, and help shape the future of the provision alongside an established and dedicated team.
The Role Includes:
- Leading, motivating and supporting an early years team
- Staff supervision, appraisals and day-to-day performance support
- Rota planning and maintaining staffing ratios
- Supporting quality improvement
- Ensuring CIW compliance
- Building positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Maintaining strong safeguarding practice
- Supporting children with a range of individual needs, including awareness of ALN legislation and inclusive practice
Essential Requirements:
- Level 5 CCLD (Or willing to work towards)
- Management experience within early years (Preferred)
- Driving licence
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a business nursery environment
Desirable:
- Flying Start Expansion experience
- Experience leading a CIW inspection
