• Hours:37.5 hours per week (hybrid office/home working).
• Salary:£27,898 – £28,898 FTE per annum, depending on qualifications and experience (currently funded to March 2027, with possibility of extension).

*Given the nature and requirements of this post, it is open to women only and the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9 (Part 1) Occupational Requirement applies.

Behind Closed Doors is part of the West Yorkshire Child Focused Courts Partnership. Lead by Staying Put, the team spans multiple agencies all working for a common goal: to help victim-survivors of domestic abuse to have their voices heard in Family Court.

We’re looking for someone organised, non-judgemental, and passionate about supporting our service users. If you have experience in advocacy, supporting vulnerable people, and have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care – we want to hear from you.
