Term time only contract

Gosfield School are looking to appoint a Chef Manager who will be responsible for the
operation of our catering service, delivering excellent standards of food quality. You should
have a passion for providing children with a varied menu which encourages healthy,
educated choices. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the
Gosfield school team.

You will need to be organised and calm under pressure, friendly and creative, confident
being a Team Leader and working under your own initiative.  You will have experience as a
Catering Manager or part of a catering team and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge
of catering and health and safety legislation.  A Hospitality and Catering NVQ level 3 or
equivalent, including Level 3 food handling /food safety, is essential for this role.

Salary:  FTE £35,381 to £41,600
