Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced catering professional to play a key role ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals at St Edward’s.

You will work closely with Senior Chefs, manage junior staff, and ensure that food is produced to a high standard, with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. You will have a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of meal preparation, and will also step in for senior staff when necessary to ensure operational efficiency.

The Catering Department serves approximately 2000 meals daily, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and manages a diverse event calendar such as charity balls, boarding house dinners, fine dining events, weddings, and catering for sports and summer schools. As a Chef de Partie, you will have a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of meal preparation, as well as the overall customer experience.

The closing date for applications is 9am on Friday 28th August, with interviews taking place shortly afterwards.
