Charity Support Assistant
1. HR support:
· Assisting with recruitment.
· Assisting with staff resourcing and planning.
· Processing DBS checks for staff and volunteers.
· Arrange training courses as advised by the General Manager.
· Assist with the volunteer recruitment process.
2. Finance Support:
· Assisting with the Bid Writer and General Manager with funding applications.
· Assisting the General Manager with grant monitoring forms.
· Provide cover for the Finance Administrator where appropriate.
3. Property Support:
· Arranging maintenance across the GCM estate.
· Overseeing the contracts for utilities and ensuring insurance cover is maintained.
· Complete Fire Safety checks.
· Manage servicing requirements throughout the year.
4. Marketing Support:
· Contribute to website, social media, events and other communications as directed by the General Manager.
· Assist with fundraising events.
5. Other:
· Administrative activities as required to ensure the efficient operation of the Charity.
