Hours: As and when required (flexible shifts)
Pay: National Minimum Wage
Reports to:  Charity Shop Manager

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for friendly, flexible people to join our charity shop team on a  casual basis .
This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for  flexible, part -time work  or want to pick up extra shifts
now and again. You’ll be helping out with the day -to-day running of the shop  — greeting customers,
sorting donations, working on the till, and keeping everything looking great.
Perfect for someone who’s organised, enjoys chatting with people, and wants to support a good cause.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Helping customers and providing great service
•  Operating the till and handling cash/card payments
•  Sorting and pricing donations
•  Restocking shelves and arranging displays
•  Keeping the shop clean, tidy and welcoming
•  Supporting volunteers and working closely with the shop manager
•  Promoting our charity’s work and encouraging donations

What We’re Looking For:

•  Someone friendly, approachable, and helpful
•  Reliable and happy to step in when needed
•  Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
•  Comfortable working as part of a team and independently
•  A genuine interest in charity work and helping others
