This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail management, workingwith volunteers, and being part of a values-driven organisation with a strongconnection to the ocean and other blue spaces.This position operates on an annualised hours contract, meaning your workinghours vary across the year in line with seasonal demand.About usThe Wave Project is an innovative, expanding and award-winning charity thatuses surf therapy and the healing powers of the ocean to help childrenovercome trauma and mental health challenges.
