The Salford Archdeaconry Team is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and committed leader to help shape chaplaincy across our primary and secondary schools — and inspire the next generation of young leaders.

Are you passionate about seeing young people grow in faith, confidence, and leadership? Do you thrive in schools, churches, and community settings? The Salford Archdeaconry Team is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and committed leader to help shape chaplaincy across our primary and secondary schools — and inspire the next generation of young leaders. In this dynamic role, you’ll support and resource school chaplaincy, equip clergy and church teams, and develop engaging opportunities for young people to step into leadership.

You’ll also play a key part in delivering exciting diocesan initiatives such as the Equip Young Leaders Conference and Deeper Year Out. If you’re energised by working with children and young people, passionate about growing disciples, and ready to make a real difference across the diocese, we’d love to hear from you!
