This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London on Wednesdays and one other day each week), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.
Salary £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the role
Support the delivery of the organisation's strategy by focussing on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology. Main responsibilities will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that ensure change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role will be leading and supporting a large-scale organisational change initiative which includes a Microsoft 365 migration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the project team and business leads to apply a structured process to planning for and managing the people side of a change, to help them support employees to become ready, willing and able to take on the changes that are being applied to the organisation
- Assisting in embedding changes and new behaviours throughout the lifecycle of projects including ensuring change management activities are embedded in the project plan
- Developing effective integrated change and communications strategies, manage, engage and mentor change stakeholders and sponsors
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Identifying potential resistance points, and developing targeted mitigation strategies, escalating when appropriate
- Ensuring the Change Management tools are being applied appropriately, with the right stakeholders, to identify the suitable change activities and plans (as per the Programme Delivery Framework and aligned with Prosci methodology)
About you:
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools, with experience supporting employees through organisational change
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, able to clearly engage and influence a range of audiences and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Proven experience in managing change for large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations
- Highly organised with strong planning skills and familiarity with project management approaches
- Prosci qualification and/or proven experience in delivering change management initiatives
The interview process for this role involves:-
- A screening interview (up to 30 mins) via MS Teams. A final shortlist of candidates will be invited for a further interview which will include a short presentation, also via MS Teams
