We're seeking an experienced and compassionate High Intensity Therapist to join our team at HMP The Mount on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based psychological therapies within a unique and rewarding environment, supporting individuals to improve their mental wellbeing and prepare for positive futures.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-intensity therapeutic interventions on a 1:1 and group basis
- Assessing referrals and determining suitability for Step 3 interventions
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
- Supporting service users through their recovery journey and release planning
- Providing clinical and line management supervision to the Senior PWP
- Leading on case management, clinical governance, and service development activities
- Building strong partnerships with healthcare teams, prison staff, and external agencies
What We're Looking For
- A qualified High Intensity Therapist with experience delivering evidence-based interventions
- Strong assessment, risk management, and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience providing supervision, leadership, or management support
- A collaborative, flexible, and solution-focused approach
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and delivering person-centred care
