Are you passionate about live music and confident in delivering great customer service?

We’re looking for flexible, casual Ticket Sales Assistants to join our casual pool. You’ll help customers with bookings and event information via phone, email, and in person, using our Spektrix ticketing system. You’ll also support with memberships, exchanges, and accessible booking requests.

What You’ll Do

• Process ticket sales, subscriptions, and customer queries
• Sell memberships and assist with access and parking requests
• Provide professional, friendly service across all channels
• Support evening and weekend performances as needed

About You

• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Experience using a ticketing system (Spektrix a plus)
• Flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure
• A genuine interest in live music and the arts
• Prepared to work evenings and weekends on an as and when basis
