This is a great opportunity to fit work around your lifestyle. We are expanding our team of Casual Food and Beverage Assistants based at the Mountbatten Centre in Portsmouth.

You will be an integral part of our team, providing great customer service whilst preparing, cooking and serving food and drinks to our customers visiting the centre.

BH Live Active, Mountbatten, offers access to high-quality fitness facilities including a cardio zone, free weights, functional fitness, group cycle studio, sports hall, running track and swimming pool & spa.

You will be a multi skilled member of the team and will work in the kitchen as well as the serving counter.

This is a customer facing, serving, taking payments and waiting on customers.

You will:

· Provide a high-quality catering service.

· Prepare, cook and serve food and beverages as required.

· Clean, tidy and prepare all areas associated with the catering facilities, following set cleaning schedules.

· Make sure all pots, pans, knifes and equipment are clean and ready for use.

· Provide great customer service to everyone visiting the centre.

You will need:

· A basic food and hygiene certificate (training can be provided to help you achieve this qualification).

· To enjoy working with customers face to face and providing high levels of customer service.

· An understanding of the health and safety requirements of working with food and drink.

Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings aligned to the centres opening hours.
