WMC is a home for the arts in Wales, and a cauldron of creativity for the nation. We fire imaginations by curating world-class, critically acclaimed touring productions, from musical theatre and comedy to dance, cabaret and an international festival. We kindle emerging talents with fresh, provocative, and popular pieces of our own, rooted in Welsh culture. And we ignite a passion for the arts in young people with life-changing learning experiences and chances to shine in the spotlight.

As a venue we operate seven days a week, and every day except Christmas day. Our Food & Beverage department has undergone significant changes in the past six months, with three new bars opening, each with their own identity, service style and offer, providing significant opportunity for growth.

We have something for everyone, whether you enjoy a locally roasted coffee or a night at the Cabaret, we are a home for all and are passionate about delivering amazing experiences.

As a Barista you will be expected to deliver an informed, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to communicating and serving locally roasted, speciality coffee to all customers at our Ffwrnais area.
