Job Introduction

Casual Bank Enterprise Assistant - Pottery Studio 

We are looking for 2 flexible and reliable Casual Bank Enterprise Assistants to support our Enterprise service.

This is a bank role offering varied and flexible hours, ideal if you are looking to work around other commitments.

You will support the day-to-day running of the Pottery Studio and work alongside people with learning disabilities, supporting them to develop skills, confidence and opportunities in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

• Pay:£12.71 per hour

About you

• A flexible, positive and inclusive approach
• Ideally you will have experience in support work.
• As you will be working within a Pottery Studio, some art experience is ideal but not essential.
• Having a keen interest in art and working within this environment is essential.
• Clear, respectful communication skills
• Experience in customer-facing or operational roles is desirable
• Comfortable using technology and handling cash
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Level 2 Maths and English (or ability to demonstrate this through assessment)
• A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable

Your role

• Support the day-to-day running of Enterprise service
• Provide welcoming and positive customer experiences
• Work alongside people with learning disabilities, supporting them to build skills and confidence
• Maintain high standards, including health and safety
• Work flexibly across sites to meet service needs
