Casual Bank Enterprise Assistant

We are looking for flexible and reliable Casual Bank Enterprise Assistants to support our Enterprise services across various Brandon Enterprise sites.

This is a bank role offering varied and flexible hours, ideal if you are looking to work around other commitments.

You will support the day-to-day running of Enterprise services and work alongside people with learning disabilities, supporting them to develop skills, confidence and opportunities in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

This role requires flexibility to work across different sites, sometimes at short notice.

• Pay:£12.71 per hour
• Hours:Varied, flexible bank shifts
• Location:Brandon Enterprise - Plymouth

About you

• A flexible, positive and inclusive approach
• Clear, respectful communication skills
• Experience in customer-facing or operational roles is desirable
• Comfortable using technology and handling cash
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Level 2 Maths and English (or ability to demonstrate this through assessment)
• A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable

• Work flexibly across sites to meet service needs
