As a

  • Delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support to women with complex needs.
  • Providing guidance on housing, immigration, health, and safety issues.
  • Coordinating referrals and maintaining strong links with partner organisations.
  • Managing casework risks and responding to safeguarding concerns promptly.
  • Supporting volunteers to deliver high-quality services effectively.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
  • Knowledge of legal and casework pathways for survivors of gender-based violence.
  • Understanding of asylum and immigration policy, including ‘No Recourse to Public Funds’.
  • Strong knowledge of child and adult safeguarding legislation and practice.
  • Excellent communication skills, including working with interpreters.
  • Ability to provide sensitive, empowering support and advocate for vulnerable individuals.
  • Experience delivering complex casework and collaborating across agencies.
