Case Management Assistant
Compensation for this role is: For 80% of the time: EUR 1916,688 gross per month and for 50% of the time: EUR 1197,93 gross per month.
The Time & Matter Management and Reporting (TMMR) Team is responsible for overseeing, guiding and promoting the use of ClientEarth’s internal Time and Matter Management Systems across the organisation and for using the information captured in the systems to produce insights that can support decision making at all levels of the organisation.
The Time & Matter Management and Reporting (TMMR) Team is responsible for overseeing, guiding and promoting the use of ClientEarth’s internal Time and Matter Management Systems across the organisation and for using the information captured in the systems to produce insights that can support decision making at all levels of the organisation.
The main job of the Time and Matter Management and Reporting Assistant is to help people use the Matter Management System (MMS) in their daily work, including for litigation, advocacy, and other cases. The system is designed to fit how ClientEarth works, including its internal policies, workflows, and collaboration features.
Key Responsibilities
- Matter Management Systems (MMS) reporting - Support users of the Matter Management System to manage metadata, to make consistent use of the precedent documents, matter types, etc.; maintaining physical and electronic records
- Time Management System (TMS) Reporting - Generate regular, defined reports and disseminate these according to guidance;
- Department Administrative Support
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Fluent (CEFR level C2) in English
- Experience working on an internal collaboration platform or other data-heavy system
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Excel
- Strong IT skills (ability to efficiently and effectively use Microsoft Office, databases, Teams)
