The Dudson Centre is a thriving community hub and Heritage Centre with The Dudson Museum at its heart. Located in Hanley, it’s a unique setting that echoes the rich heritage of the Potteries. The Centre is home to a range of voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, offering excellent facilities, meeting spaces, and a warm, welcoming environment for all visitors.
We currently have a vacancy for a proactive Caretaker to join the team for 25 hours per week, working flexibly Monday to Friday, with some requirement for occasional weekend and evening shifts, and opportunities for additional hours for holiday and sickness cover.
The ideal candidate will be a practical, hands-on team player who takes pride in keeping a building safe, clean, and running smoothly. From room setups and minor maintenance to supporting visitors and monitoring building security, every day brings variety and the chance to make a real difference.
