We are recruiting for Carer Support Workers for Replacement Care, young adult and complex care. Positions are available in Llanelli, Carmarthen, Ceredigion, and surrounding villages. We value diversity in our workforce, and we encourage applications from all sectors of the community.

Carers Wellbeing Officer for Pembrokeshire
SALARY: £24,920 per annum pro rata (pending pay increase)
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term until 30th September 2027
DBS: Enhanced DBS required with Adult Barring Check
HOURS: 21 hours per week with possibility of additional hours (can be worked flexibly)

Summary
Join a dedicated team within Carers Support Pembrokeshire Service, working in partnership with local organisations to identify and support unpaid carers across Pembrokeshire. You’ll provide vital information and guidance to help carers manage their roles and help to improve their wellbeing. This role gives you the opportunity to make a real difference in your community.

Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is a local charity, providing services for unpaid carers in Carmarthenshire for 40 years, with the benefit of being a Network Partner of Carers Trust.
We place Carers and the people they support at the heart of everything we do.
Our vision is that we want every carer to be recognised, supported and offered services that help them maintain their own health and wellbeing.
Our mission
- To provide services that respond to the needs of carers and the people they support, offering them peace of mind and understanding
- and works with them and other stakeholders to influence service innovation and growth.
We are looking for 2-3 Trustees to join our Board in the coming year. We are looking for people who are passionate about our mission. We are particularly keen to ensure that we have a diverse Board, so we are looking for people from different walks of life and backgrounds, including those with a lived experience of caring.
Finally, we are looking to fill some skills gaps on the Board, including public fundraising and marketing/PR/advertising.
We would welcome applications from people who have one or more of these skills, but we also encourage other people to apply if they feel that they have useful skills and experience to offer!
Time commitment: 3 hours per month
Meetings: Six committee meetings per year including the AGM with option of attending both online and in person, and occasional sub-committees.
Other commitments: Invitation to attend events and training courses during the year
