Female Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Day

As a Care Support Worker at Peabody, you'll play an important role in supporting women to live fulfilling, independent lives. No two days are the same. From providing practical support and personal care to encouraging confidence, wellbeing, and community involvement, you'll help create a safe and empowering environment where people can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting women with day-to-day living, personal care, and wellbeing
  • Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence
  • Helping people access hobbies, activities, education, and their local community
  • Building positive relationships with colleagues, families, and professionals
  • Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
  • Keeping clear records and contributing to support plans
  • Working flexibly across a rota, including evenings, weekends, and occasional night shifts

You don't need previous care experience, we'll provide training and support. We're looking for people who are:

  • Great communicators who can build meaningful relationships
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different situations
  • Respectful of individual differences, choices, and needs
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

  • A full UK manual driving licence is essential
  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
