- Supporting people to develop hobbies, interests, and friendships
- Helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment
- Building positive relationships with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Completing records and documentation accurately
- Working flexibly across a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in or waking night shifts where required
What We're Looking For

- Great communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
- Passionate about supporting others to achieve their potential
- Respectful of individual differences and choices
- Able to travel within the local area and support people in the community where required
Experience Isn't Essential
Whether you're already working in care, looking for a complete career change, or returning to work after a break, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, and we'll support you every step of the way.
Previous experience in care, support work, customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteering can be beneficial, but it's your attitude and commitment that matter most.
