We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Care Home Manager to lead Coloma Court, supporting our team to deliver exceptional care and a positive experience for every resident.
You will bring strong leadership, sound operational knowledge and a genuine passion for creating a safe, welcoming and well-led home.
You will lead by example, motivating and supporting staff to create a home where residents thrive, where their choices are respected, and their wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Working closely with your team, you will actively promote a positive and inclusive culture, continuously seeking opportunities to enrich the lives of residents and their families.
This role as CWC Registered Manager also carries accountability for ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including the CQC. You will oversee the home’s financial and operational performance, developing and delivering business plans that ensure sustainability and excellence in care.
Building strong, collaborative relationships both within the home and with key external stakeholders including families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community will be essential to your success. This is a rewarding leadership role for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to continuous improvement.
