You’ll be confident in taking responsibility, learning from mistakes, speaking up when something isn’t right, and always looking for ways to improve services. Most importantly, you will bring a passion for enabling people to live the life they choose, in the way that suits them best.
You will also bring:
- Experience in health or social care
- Understanding of person‑centred support
- Ability to work across multiple sites/services
- Experience with varied client groups
- SVQ Level 3 (Scotland) or Level 3 Diploma in Care (England)
- Willingness and ability to work waking nights
