Care Bank Residential Childcare Worker – Keighley

We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team at our residential children’s home.

Location: Oakworth, Keighley

Grade/Band/pay scale: £14.12 inclusive.

Hours per week: Flexible.
Shift patterns include weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins £40.76 per sleep-in.

Agreement type: Care Bank.

Closing date: Once the position is filled.

Interview date: To arrange with the candidate.

Our Care Bank Residential Childcare Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the support required by the children and young people in our care.

Some previous experience in a care setting is beneficial. This role is ideal for people who want to make a real difference to children and young people’s lives and futures.

You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.

Our home offers residential care for boys aged 11-18.
