Care Assistant on to Join Our Caring Team at Amica Care

We're now looking for a Care Assistant to join our outstanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or grow your career in health and social care, working alongside a supportive, inclusive team where your development really matters.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day 

  • Supporting residents with daily living, helping with personal care, meals, and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Providing companionship- listening, chatting and making every interaction warm and meaningful.
  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment- supporting residents' physical, emotional and social needs with patience and dignity.
  • Working as part of a a great team- communicating with colleagues and following care plans to ensure the highest standard of care
