About the role
Brandon Trust is looking for a creative and organised Campaigns and Engagement Officer to plan and deliver engaging campaigns that connect with colleagues, volunteers and external audiences.
You’ll support recruitment, fundraising and awareness campaigns, helping to promote inclusion and raise awareness of learning disabilities.
Campaigns & Communications Officer (Marketing / Digital / Content)
Brandon Trust is looking for a Campaigns & Communications Officer to lead engaging marketing campaigns, digital content and internal communications that make a real impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in communications, marketing, PR or digital content who wants to develop their career in a purpose-driven organisation.
About the role
You’ll plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across:
- Digital marketing (social media, email, web)
- Content creation and storytelling
- Internal communications and employee engagement
- PR, media and events
Your work will support recruitment campaigns, brand awareness, fundraising and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns
- Create engaging digital content(social media, blogs, newsletters)
- Support internal communications and employee engagement strategies
- Contribute to PR, media relations and external campaigns
- Use analytics and data insightsto measure performance
- Work with stakeholders across marketing, HR, and operations
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in communications, marketing, PR or digital content roles
- Strong copywriting, content creation and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of social media, email marketing and digital channels
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects
- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Charity / public sector communications
- Internal communications or employee engagement
- Campaign analytics or marketing tools
