Business Development Manager Full time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week £38,333 per annum Help grow social enterprise that powers hospice care We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Hospice at Home West Cumbria’s social enterprise projects. This brand-new role is perfect for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and excited to turn ideas into meaningful impact. What you’ll do • Lead and expand our social enterprise initiatives, managing existing projects and identifying new income opportunities • Build strategic partnerships across the community and business sector • Support staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer experiences • Drive financial growth that directly supports hospice services What you’ll bring • Creative thinking and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Ability to analyse performance and deliver results • A passion for work that genuinely makes a difference Why join us?
