As Business Development and Operations Coordin the unique opportunity to design a role from the ground up, bringing innovation, initiative, and passion, helping us build a future of better mental health awareness and support services to all those that need them. ator, you will have Key Responsibilities • Take the lead in developing and operationalising this newly created role, by creating a welcoming and professional engagement services function . • Build on existing relationships and support the development of new business opportunities . • Act as a first point of contact for sales and service enquiries via phone, email and in person , ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Provide clear information about the charity’s services, training and mental health resources. • Support introductory sales conversation and partnership discussions, sharing information about the charity’s paid for services and escalating where appropriate. • Send follow up information and proposals to individuals and organisations interested in our services. • Work closely with the marketing team to help create clear and relevant promotional materials. • Identify opportunities to improve how the charity engages with external audiences. • Support the planning, organisation, promotion and occasional delivery of charity events, outreach and promotional activities. • Work closely with colleagues to coordinate services, schedule and delivery activity. 5 • Manage the calendar for training • Liaise with the Head of Finance to support and coordinate internal and associate trainers. invoicing, payments and administrative tasks related to training and service provision. • Work closely with the marketing team to help create clear and relevant promotional materials. • Share insights from enquiries, sales and partner conversations to support marketing, fundraising and community engagement activity. • Maintain accurate records relating to services, training and relevant enquiries, and share feedback from clients and partners to support learning and service improvement. • Supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks and supporting the implementation of our strategic direction. • Lead the Tyneside and Northumberland Mind ambassador scheme .
