This is an opportunity to influence how we deliver our care, housing and community services by making sure our systems are effective, well‑designed, and genuinely improve the experience of colleagues and customers.

If you're passionate about driving meaningful change, simplifying complex processes, and ensuring technology truly works for people — this is your chance to be part of something more.

About the role

As a key member of the Digital Services team, you will work alongside the Systems & Reporting Lead to ensure our systems and processes are well‑documented, efficient, and fit for purpose. You’ll play an integral role in planning, shaping, and delivering digital change across the organisation.

  • Ensure that process documentation is reviewed and updated regularly.

  • Support the Systems & Reporting lead in the design of processes for new systems and change initiatives.

  • Lead on collection and analysis of requirements for system upgrades & implementations. Then use these to develop business cases and recommendations that align with organisational goals and demonstrate clear value.

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

  • Facilitate discussions to assess customer needs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the implementation and evaluation of changes.

  • Support or lead system and process implementation projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications are well managed.

  • Maintain a structured log of systems, costs, and version history.

About you

You will be a curious problem‑solver with a passion for improving processes and helping organisations get the best from their systems. You’ll be comfortable navigating complex environments, engaging stakeholders, and translating needs into clear, actionable solutions.

Your proactive and resilient approach paired with a high technical aptitude will mean your confident in communicating with both technical and non‑technical audiences. Alongside this you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis or similar roles.

  • Experience delivering business analysis across digital or organisational change projects.

  • Strong understanding of business operations and digital transformation.

It’s not essential but it would be great if you also have experience with:

  • Process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)

  • Ability to use AI to improve workflows

  • Housing or Care sector knowledge

  • Business Analysis or Project Management qualifications
