BUCS is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is currently studying at a BUCS Member Institution competing in Women’s BUCS Super Rugby (WBSR) to act as Student Representative for WBSR programme on the WBSR League Management Committee (LMC). The Student Representative will present the voice and opinions of student-athletes within the WBSR programme, and act as an ambassador for WBSR. Main duties and responsibilities: • Act as an ambassador for BUCS and WBSR programme • Establish relationships between BUCS and student-athletes within WBSR member institutions. • Build and maintain a communication network with other students playing WBSR in institutions other than their own. • Advise the WBSR LMC on all matters relating to the student perspective of WBSR. • Offer insight and feedback on the current WBSR structure and provide member led feedback for the future or WBSR. • Help develop a strategic annual delivery plan encompassing student feedback as one element of the plan. • Attend all relevant WBSR LMC meetings and provide any updates on actions from previous meetings. • Comply with the BUCS Volunteer Code of Conduct.
