Deliver high-quality teaching through the BSc Sports Business Management programme.

Plan, prepare, assess, and evaluate learning activities that meet awarding body requirements.

Support students to achieve academic success, personal development, and positive graduate

outcomes.

Provide academic tutoring, pastoral support, and progression guidance to students.

Maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, and quality assurance.

Build effective relationships with employers, industry partners, and academic stakeholders.

Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.

Ensure accurate student records, assessment documentation, and academic reporting.

Embed safeguarding, equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing throughout programme delivery.

Support the strategic growth and reputation of the Foundation’s Higher Education offer.

Support the delivery of the Foundation’s Higher Education strategy and academic priorities.

Demonstrate commitment to the Foundation’s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of the role.

Act as an ambassador for the Foundation when engaging with students, employers, universities, and external stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of innovative modules and learning experiences aligned to industry trends.

Promote graduate employability, entrepreneurship, leadership, and professional development.

Identify opportunities to enhance student experience and academic provision.

Support student recruitment, open events, and promotional activities.
