Breastfeeding Support Worker (Ref 318)
Health for All is seeking a highly motivated individual to support parents to breastfeed for as long as they wish. The role will focus on engaging with new parents and wider family offering them practical support to overcome any challenges they may face with breastfeeding.
Support Workers will act as a practical resource to help connect parents to other services and opportunities at a local level, where such support is required. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of families from initial referral through to discharge. You will have excellent communication and listening skills and provide advice both face to face, telephone and video conferencing.
