About the role
As a Support Worker within Brandon Packaging, you'll support people with learning disabilities to develop workplace skills, confidence and independence in our social enterprise. Working alongside supported employees and trainees, you'll help create meaningful employment opportunities while contributing to the assembly and dispatch of specialist NHS transplant kits.
You'll support people to achieve their goals while helping maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment. Duties include supporting day-to-day packaging operations, carrying out quality checks, managing stock and ensuring orders are accurately prepared and dispatched.

What we're looking for

- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities or working in a packaging/distribution environment is desirable, but not essential
