In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

  • Lead brand marketing projects from concept to delivery, taking full ownership of planning, execution and evaluation.
  • Bring the brand to life across campaigns, channels and partner activity ensuring everything we do feels consistent, engaging and well-crafted.
  • Work closely with fundraising and other teams to shape campaigns, embedding brand thinking from the outset.
  • Turn audience insight and brand strategy into clear, effective and creative marketing activity.
  • Manage projects confidently, working with stakeholders and agencies to keep work moving, aligned and delivered to a high standard.
  • Evaluate performance and use insight to improve future activity, strengthening the impact of our brand over time.
  • Champion the brand across the organisation, helping others understand how to apply it and why it matters.
  • Spot opportunities to strengthen the brand in both big and small ways and take the lead in bringing these to life.
  • Plan and deliver internal brand communications, ensuring teams feel informed, confident and equipped.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience leading brand marketing activity or campaigns, with clear ownership of delivery.
  • Experience managing and applying a brand across different channels and audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and deliver at pace.
  • Ability to translate insight into ideas that are clear, engaging and effective.
  • Experience using data and research to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
  • Experience working with agencies and external partners.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive work forward.

This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, lead work and make a visible difference - shaping how our brand is experienced across everything we do, from major campaigns to the smallest details.
