Salary

The salary for this full- time permanent position is £34,087 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy and would require the successful candidate to be in 2 days per week in the office.

In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Brand Marketing team, and wider Brand team, on the continued implementation of the charity’s refreshed brand (internally and externally).
  • Supporting the creation and delivery of key brand marketing activity and fundraising activities across online and offline channels.
  • Leading on the creation of our monthly and bi-annual brand tracker reports for circulation to the wider organisation.
  • Championing the brand across the organisation by building understanding of the value of our brand.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in providing brand oversight for internal and external teams.
  • Experience working on brand marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, creative concepting and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of brand and marketing data, with the ability to analyse results, identify trends, and support data-driven brand decisions.
  • Experience developing brand tracking and brand measurement to create actionable brand insights.
  • Experience working with agencies and/or managing external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Exceptional relationship builder.

About the team

This role sits in the Brand Marketing team (a team of four made up of the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, two Brand Marketing Managers and the Brand Marketing Executive) within the wider Brand team (made up of the Brand Marketing, Creative and Content teams) within the Marketing & Communications directorate (this includes Brand, Performance Marketing and Communications) at GOSH Charity.
