We are recruiting for:
- Waiting Staff
- Food Runners
- Glass Collectors
- Matchday Restaurant Supervisors (previous experience in a similar role essential)
- Matchday Bar Supervisors (previous experience in a similar role essential)
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated individuals with a hard-working positive approach, a polite manner and excellent attention to detail to work on matchdays and optional non matchday midweek shifts.
Previous experience within a quality, fast-paced catering environment is preferable as staff members are required to display initiative and calmness under pressure. A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude are also prerequisites.
As a guide, weekend matchday shifts will be 10am through to 8pm and midweek matchday shifts will be 4pm to midnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving guests Food and Beverage requirements in our Hospitality suites.
- Processing transaction using Epos till systems.
- Recording and monitoring temperature controls in correct manner
- Replenish and re stock bars where required.
- Keep bar areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Always deliver high standard of customer service with the aim to exceed customer expectations.
- As a casual worker you must adhere to the club’s safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.
- Obligation to adhere to the club’s health and safety policy and procedures.
- Actively promote the club’s equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.

Responsibility to comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and all related Company policies, taking reasonable care for their own safety and that of others, reporting hazards or incidents, following safe systems of work, and co-operating with all training and emergency procedures.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment but not essential as full training will be given.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A good understanding of customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be self-motivated with a proven track record of working well within a team environment.
- An understanding of basic food hygiene and health and safety practises.
