An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and pro-active individuals to come and join our fantastic team to help provide excellent care in our Inpatient Substance Misuse Detox Clinic.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with an interest in Substance Misuse.

Job Summary

The post holder will support the Manager and Clinical Lead Nurse in the provision of nursing care. She/He will be part of a team that ensure the clients receive a high level of quality care in a safe environment.

The main duty of the role will be supporting caseload management of the wider team. This will involve assessing, planning and implementing clinical care whilst managing clients’ general health needs and responding to clinical and medical emergencies.

Managing crisis as first line intervention, assessing risk and safeguarding issues, responding and reporting appropriately within a risk management plan.

You will be providing 24 hour cover in shifts of 12.5 hours.

The post requires an enhanced DBS check.
