Bank Support Worker

You’ll be supporting people across a supported living service made up of 15 self‑contained flats, where individuals live independently with the right level of support.

The people you support have a range of needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern. Support levels vary, and you’ll be required to assist with moving and handling, including the use of hoists, so experience in this area is essential.

As a bank worker, you’ll work flexibly on a rota basis, including weekends. If you are a non‑driver, please ensure you can access the service reliably, as public transport links — particularly at weekends — may be limited.

This is a role where enthusiasm, patience and a caring nature really matter. The people you support have a wide range of hobbies and interests, and wherever possible, we match your interests with theirs so you can enjoy activities together while supporting independence and choice.
