Are you a fun-loving and motivated person who loves going the extra mile to improve the lives of others? Is it important for you to have a satisfying job where you feel supported? If this sounds like you, maybe a Support Worker role with an award-winning charity is the change you’ve been looking for! In our Fraserburgh service, you will support vulnerable adults to live in their own homes, providing whatever support they need to help them live really great lives. The key to this role is providing the right support to help these individuals to live as independently as possible. The people we support are all unique and have their own interests, so you can expect to support them to go bowling, visit their families, go to concerts, take a trip to the pub or out to a cafe for coffee and cake. As well as this, you may provide support with medication administration, attending appointments, helping them manage their home and finances, or support them with personal care. The people we support are engaging, fun people who enjoy spending time with people and they would love staff who communicate well, are fun and are interested in their lives and hobbies. You will receive full, paid training in this role so you'll learn everything you need to know with us. We are currently recruiting for contracted hours and would be happy to discuss full-time or part-time roles. Our shift patterns are generally 9am - 9am the next day (this includes a sleepover shift) or 11am - 5pm. We provide support Monday-Sunday, so there will be an expectation of some weekend work. We are currently looking for Bank Support Workers to work across all 3 Services within Fraserburgh.

We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April 2026, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.86 per hour.
