    Are you ready to make a real impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness?

    Are you a compassionate and motivated individual looking to take the next step in your career?

    We are looking for Bank Outreach Workers to work across Derbyshire, supporting people who are affected by homelessness. You will be supporting people into appropriate housing and providing follow-on support to help them to sustain their tenancy, promote independence and overcome barriers that may have been the triggers to their homelessness.

    You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist people to access services that support complex needs such as drug or alcohol issues, mental health. You will need to be able to work alongside a wide range of agencies and act as the lead in the delivery and coordination of their support.

    You must be flexible, friendly, proactive, approachable and non-judgemental with a real desire to help and change someone’s life. You will also need to have the ability to make on the spot decisions and be ready to deal with challenging situations at times.
